…. well not lazy exactly. Anna did her monthly show this week, so Dionne and Matt got to Hastings and look at beach-launched fishing boats and their netting arrangements (Matt) and go to the Cotswolds and hunt for lined driving gloves (Dionne).

With Independent’s Day upon us we’re feeling particularly excited about the week-long celebrations at the ICA. The idea is that a selection of indie labels curate a night for us to enjoy. Nice to see local label Fat Cat are representing as well as ex totallywired presenter, Marcus O’Dair in there with Grasscut (who i urge you to check out if you haven’t already). Just noticed he has a gig with Acoustic Ladyland and The Invisible 9th July at Cargo which sounds meaty in itself. But they’ll be down in Brighton for LOOP this weekend. Back to the point of this post- Independent’s Day gigs – we’re sure they’re going to be adequately brilliant. tickets via Live Nation. See you there! (See listings below)
